Make a schedule and stick to it. It is best to wake up at the same time, lunch at your normal time, and work your normal hours.

During work, avoid social media and the news. While it is great to stay informed, it is too easy to get sucked up into the news and lose focus.

Stay in contact with your coworkers. Utilize technology to stay up to date with what your coworkers are working on as well as their lives.

Have a separate space for work and relaxation. Mixing the 2 can cause a decrease in productivity or cause your work stress to creep into your relaxation time.

Get in the work mindset. Yes, this means changing out of your pajamas.

Give yourself a break. These are unprecedented times; it’s okay if you need time to adjust.
